8) Provide a report every six months regarding: the number of households referred for Emergency Assistance from FHP partners; the number of households that received services broken out by key services (i.e. financial assistance, food); and identify households to enable Strategies To End Homelessness to produce recidivism reports.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in social work, human services, or related fields is preferred. 8. Schedules youth events and programs throughout the year.
9. Helps with regular one-on-one training and formation of youth ministry volunteer leaders and other parishioners.
10. Assists in planning and leading both weekly and seasonal youth events and formation for the parish.
11. Submits, manages, and maintains a budget for youth ministry.
