The parish secretary is integral to the smooth operation of the church.
The qualified candidate in this position will assist the Business Manager in the physical operations of the church office and support her in maintaining it in an efficient and pleasant manner. Areas of primary responsibility include but not limited to: receptionist services for the parish office, secretarial and clerical services to the pastor, business manager and office staff, maintains sacramental records for the parish, prepares the weekly bulletin and facilitates communication and updates to parishioners.
 
Candidates should have an active Catholic faith life and enthusiasm for the teachings of the Church.
