(Posted 7/12/10) DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND REAL ESTATE, Diocese of Covington, Covington, KY (Posted 7/12/10) The Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington is initiating a search for a highly qualified and skilled individual to assume the role and responsibilities of Diocesan Director of Property Management and Real Estate. Duties shall include but are not limited to taking a leadership role in matters concerning real property throughout the Diocese. The successful candidate shall possess skill and experience in planning, negotiation, finance, real estate, team leadership, public policy, corporate policy development and oversight, and construction technologies. We require experience that includes seven (7) to ten (10) years in commercial and residential construction, especially overseeing the lease, sale and maintenance of commercial and residential property. Further requirements include an ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints, as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience at the diocesan level preferred.
