The Benedictine Sisters will host a Day of Mediation, Mindfulness and Movement on Saturday, April 21, 9 AM – 4:30 PM at St. Walburg Monastery, Villa Hills. A variety of techniques for mindfulness, meditation and movement will be introduced and integrated. Simple movements for “every-body” will be demonstrated.
