For the 29th year, Pete Bushelman, a CISE advisory board member chaired the annual “Friends of CISE” Raffle Reception on Saturday, December 5th. The raffle was a huge success and raised over $125,000 to benefit the youth in our urban areas.

The reception, which was held in Synod Hall at St. Peter in Chains Cathedral, was well attended and everyone enjoyed the festivities.

Archbishop Pilarczyk was honored for his long time support of CISE and Archbishop Schnurr drew the winning tickets. Robert J. Hartlaub, winner of the $10,000 grand prize was congratulated by Archbishop Pilarczyk. Both Mr. Hartlaub, who is a long time supporter of CISE, and Mary Lippert, winner of the 2nd place prize of $2,500, generously donated their winnings to CISE.
