relationships; maintaining regular interaction with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Office of the New Evangelization; working closely with the parish staff, especially those also tasked with adult evangelization ministry.

 

Qualifications, skills and abilities for the position would involve: being a practicing Catholic, with appropriate self-knowledge and ability to share the Catholic faith with junior- and senior-high school-age adolescents and with adults; previous experience in working with youth and an understanding of their development and culture; an ability to apprentice others in spiritual practices, especially to pray with and in front of people (leading and participating in spontaneous prayer); the ability to work well with the pastor and parish staff.
