Role: The VPA leads St. Xavier High School’s advancement efforts and is ultimately accountable for their success.  The VPA works with the president and advancement team, the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff and others to raise annual, capital and endowment gifts for the school.   • Build and maintain a strong culture of philanthropy throughout the St Xavier community, engaging administrators, faculty,  staff, trustees and other volunteers in this effort.
