St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church is seeking an Adult Faith Formation Director to help our families journey from an encounter with the living Christ to a loving relationship with Him. This fulltime position is responsible for all catechetical programming for adults including RCIA, Moms Ministry, Small Faith Groups, Men’s Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, and much more. The Adult Faith Formation Director will also help plan and implement the Parish Mission, and will work closely with the Youth Faith Formation Director to develop new and dynamic programing to engage families and people of all ages.
The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree or equivalent in Catholic Theology or a related field. They must also love the Church and have a sense of mission. A minimum of 3 years of parish religious education experience or similar is preferred. The candidate must also possess administrative skills including budget preparation and be familiar with the principles and current modes of adult faith formation and catechist formation.
Passing a background check and attending a Protecting God’s Children class will be required.
St. Joan of Arc, Powell, OH is a parish of the Diocese of Columbus located in the northwest suburbs. Our 4,000 families weekly respond to Christ’s invitation to encounter Him in the Eucharist and live the Gospel through activated discipleship.

The Archdiocese is actively seeking candidates for the role of Coordinator of Sacramental Formation.
In this Department of Evangelization role, you will serve as a primary resource regarding the liturgical and sacramental life of the Church. Working with the Director of Worship, you will foster the “missionary conversion” (Pope Francis, The Joy of the Gospel) of parish-based sacramental formation. Within this role, you will work with parishes to provide sacramental catechesis for Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist, Reconciliation, and Anointing of the Sick. Lastly, you’ll be a much needed resource for parish leadership on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.
You are a great candidate if you:
• possess a Master’s degree in sacramental theology or a related field
• are a person with demonstrated fidelity to Catholic teaching and have a mature understanding of the Church’s sacramental teachings and theology
• have a proven ability to implement sacramental formation programs and possess experience in and understanding of sacramental catechesis
• have experience and understanding of the RCIA, including adaptations for children and other special circumstances
• have at least three years of experience in sacramental and/or catechetical ministry

Francis and John Catholic Church and St. John School is seeking a talented Catholic with strong piano and organ skills and knowledge of Catholic liturgy. This is a full time position, with benefits, serving both the parish and the school. We are a vibrant, growing Catholic community with thriving English-speaking and Spanish-speaking communities. Candidates should have strong skills on piano and organ, enjoy working with children and adults, and be willing to lead and develop our existing choirs and musicians, including our children’s and Hispanic choirs.
