The Bookkeeper will post financial transactions from source documents, create reports, maintain subsidiary ledgers, assist with budget preparation, provide “customer service” to our constituents, and fulfill other responsibilities as required. The Bookkeeper reports to the Director of Finance and works closely with the other members of the Business Office, administration and faculty. This position is hourly and full-time.

St. Ursula Academy of Cincinnati, Inc. seeks a dynamic, strategic, and visionary individual to lead the St. Ursula Academy Advancement department. This individual must demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy and mission, vision and core values of St. Ursula Academy. The VP of Advancement reports to the President and will have primary responsibility for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic stewardship plan that will advance the mission of St. Ursula Academy. This person will also manage and lead the entire Advancement team. The successful candidate will have a proven fundraising record specifically with major gifts and capital campaign experience with the ability to provide strategic vision to advance the institution; will have experience leading and managing people, processes, and change; and will possess excellent communication and organization skills. At a minimum, the VP of Advancement shall have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant work experience in a non-profit environment, specifically in institutional advancement. Experience in education is considered a plus.
