The Director of Finance serves as the chief financial officer of the school, as well as, the senior manager of various services and operations which support the mission of Ursuline.  The Director of Finance is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the financial operations and human resources of the school, as weel as, serving as the financial manager of the Ursuline Foundation and UA Real Estat LLC.
The Director of Finance reports directly to the President and works closely with school leadership and the Board of Trustees-specifically the Finance, Foundation and Building & Grounds committees.
-Supports and promotes the mission, vision and core values of Ursuline Academy
-Works cooperatively and collaboratively with other personnel and department to ensure the financial health and stability of the institution
-Oversees all phases of financial and human resources processes including management of financial aid, preparation of the budget, financial plans and monthly financial statements.
-Educates and provides direct strategic counsel to the President, Finance Committee, Building and Grounds Committee and Foundation Board
-Ensures timely preparation and filing of all tax and regulatory forms related to Ursuline Academy and UA Real Estate LLC
-Coordinates the annual audit
-Performs other duties as assigned by the President or her designee
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with a strong foundation in accounting (Master’s degree of CPA is preferred).  A minimum of five years general accounting experience and human resources is required
-Team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
-Active listener with excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
-Experienced in maintaining and reviewing financial records and preparing reports

At DePaul Cristo Rey High School all students work throughout their high school years in a corporate, private or nonprofit organization to gain professional experience and help fund their educational costs.  The Executive Director of Corporate Work Study Program leads overall effectiveness of the Corporate Work Study Program by recruiting Corporate Work Study Partners and ensuring retention of existing ones to employ all students.  The Executive Director delegates but is accountable for the day-to-day leadership, management and ongoing improvement of the work study program, its staff members and student workers.  The Executive Director collaborates closely with the President in the administration of the total Corporate Work Study Program.
The Executive Director collaborates with the school’s Board of Director and Jobs Committee in meeting the goal of 95% of students placed in paid or underwritten jobs at all times.  Reports to the President and is a member of the school’s executive leadership team.
The Executive Director will possess a unique combination of qualifications and skills needed for success although there are several requisite skills required for this position, including previous experience in business, education, or ideally a combination of both.  He/she has the capacity to lead others.  He/she will be motivated by the Catholic mission of the school and by the opportunity to strengthen an institution that will have a real and lasting positive impact in Greater Cincinnati.  This person must be able to adapt to changing responsibilities and maintain absolute confidentiality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the oversight of both CWSP Operations and Business Development
– Leads the ongoing recruitment of Corporate Partners for job acquisition, develops and maintains relationships with regional businesses, collaborates with the President for job acquisition and partner retention.
-Builds relationships with decision makers at the region’s largest companies, both current and potential partners, always seeking the placement of multiple teams of student workers.
-Responsible for the general morale of CWSP staff, providing a quality work environment through teaming principles, effective leadership and a demonstrated positive attitude.
-Maintains high performance standards and holds staff accountable to established quality expectations.  Leads and directs CWSP staff in goal setting and accomplishment.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-A strong team play with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated self-starter requiring minimal supervision
-Possesses the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of attention to details and accuracy
-Demonstrated commitment to the mission of DePaul Cristo Rey High School
-Proficiency in MS Office and other business-related software and web based applications  Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills

The Diocese of Toledo is searching for a Senior Director of the Department of Catholic Education that will provide leadership, direct supervision and manages the Catholic Education Department team.  This faith-inspired, big picture, strategic, innovative leader will promote and advance the Catholic identity, academic excellence, and ensure the vitality and viability of our Catholic schools. She/he will assist the Bishop of Toledo in his teaching mission by encouraging and supporting leaders of catechetical formation in the parishes and schools of the Diocese. The ideal candidate for this position will be an inspirational, passionate advocate for Catholic education, and will demonstrate a complex understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities present in Catholic schools today. In addition, the Senior Director will oversee the catechetical formation throughout the Catholic schools and parishes, from youth to adult formation, as well as care for home school families and the formation of lay ecclesial ministry.
The Senior Director of the Department of Catholic Education will develop a vision in coordination with the Bishop of Toledo while serving on the bishop’s senior staff and reporting to the Vicar General/Moderator of the Curia.  Together she/he will lead and implement a strategic plan to ensure the long-term health of an excellent, nationally recognized system of Catholic schools in the Diocese of Toledo. Critical to the success of this mission is the ability to inspire collaborative participation among the leaders in parishes and school communities.
The candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic in good standing with the Church who has the ability to respect, promote, accommodate, and not be in conflict with the mission, moral and social teachings, doctrines, and laws of the Roman Catholic faith.
The successful candidate will have at least ten years’ experience in Catholic educational ministry, preferably as a Catholic school principal, superintendent, school administrator and/or Diocesan Catholic education official; a Master’s Degree in Education and/or Administration is preferred; and have obtained the necessary certification in compliance with standards set forth by the State of Ohio, Department of Education.
