Major Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Central Catholic High School is seeking a full-time Vice President of Finance and Human Resources.  The individual will lead all finance and human resource functions of the school, reporting directly to the President.  Primary responsibilities will include:
Performing regular review of financial data and preparing monthly and annual reporting package for submission to management and board members.
Preparing quarterly foundation fund reports to the foundation fund committee, including tracking or proper uses of restricted funds.
Preparing annual budget in conjunction with management and board members.
Monitoring cash flow and budget on a regular basis, advising President of pressure points and developing solutions.
Overseeing entire financial aid process which includes answering questions, reviewing applications, awarding initial financial aid package, and meeting with families who are in need of additional assistance.
Overseeing the collections process for tuition, including ensuring that families have payment plans, monitoring compliance payment plans, and developing solutions for collections.
Monitoring the internal controls of the school and developing standardized accounting policies.
Overseeing annual financial statement audit process
Reviewing payroll, assisting in paperwork for new or terminated employees, and advising management on personnel issues.
