Grades 9-12: Director of Communications and Marketing/Full-Time: McNicholas High School seeks a Director of Communications and Marketing.  McNicholas, a Catholic coed school founded in 1915, recently refreshed its brand, in transitioning to a new website, and is strategically updating implementation of its mission: To inspire young men and women through faith formation and academic excellence to become compassionate leaders and grow toward Full Stature in Christ.  The Director of Communications and Marketing reports to the Principal, works closely with the Director of Development and the Director of Admissions and Enrollment, and serves as a member of the Leadership Team.  The Director is responsible for publications, social media management, website management, marketing, advertising, public relations, and media relations – all in light of brand management.  The Director maintains visibility on campus through interactions with students, parents, and faculty and staff as well as through assisting with high-profile campus events.  The Director is available from time to time for evening and weekend responsibilities.
A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in communications, public relations, and marketing are required.  Experience in a Catholic institution and familiarity with the landscape of Catholic education in the Cincinnati area are preferred.

Ardu Program/Full-Time: Mercy McAuley High School, a Catholic college-preparatory high school for young women sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, has a full-time opening for a School Social Worker and Director of the Ardu Program for the 2020-2021 school year.  The Ardu Program is a new program that will provide transformational opportunities to students who may be facing complex life challenges both inside and outside of school.  These opportunities will foster holistic personal development, better preparing students for academic success in high school and beyond.  Responsibilities include assessing student needs, providing individual counseling, directing crisis intervention services, participating in the special education process, participating in behavioral modification plans, promoting parental involvement, collaborating with support personnel within the school, and implementing appropriate programs, groups and initiatives to support at-risk populations.  A master’s  degree in social work with licensure (LSW or LISW) or counseling with licensure (LPC or LPCC) is required, as well as two years of experience with adolescents in a school setting.  This position will report to the school principal.
