Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School (CJ), a co-ed school located in the center-city of Dayton, Ohio serving an academically and socio-economically diverse student population of nearly 700 young people, seeks an outstanding educator and leader to serve as the school’s Principal starting on July 1, 2020.  A candidate must be a practicing Catholic and have a master’s degree in educational administration, a principal’s license in the state of Ohio, at least three years of classroom experience, and at least four years of administrative experience.  Reporting to the president and serving as a member of the school leadership team, the Principal has leadership responsibility for the academic program, student activities and athletics, campus ministry and community service, teacher evaluation and development, and all state and Archdiocesan compliance activities.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of and appreciation for the charism of the school’s founding and sponsoring religious communities, the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur and the Marianists.
In 2020, Chaminade Julienne will celebrate 170 years since the founding of its first predecessor school.  The school recently completed significant investments to its campus, including renovation of the auditorium, gym, and nearly all teaching and learning spaces and the addition of tennis courts and a stadium complex with two fields.  CJ’s current principal, who helped guide the school for fourteen years, will be transitioning in October to another leadership role in the school community.  The school will be guided during the 2019-2020 school year by an assistant principal named acting principal.  More information  about CJ, its mission, students, and community can be found at

Good Shepherd Catholic Montessori school is seeking a full-time Development Director to join our dynamic and vibrant school community.  The development director is part of the administrative team of GSCM and works with the principal, marketing director and finance director in advancing the mission and operation of GSCM.
The development director’s main responsibilities center around fundraising events/opportunities, community engagement and alumni relations.  The development director investigates development opportunities suitable for GSCM by researching feasibility as well as planning and implementing strategies to achieve objectives established by the board.  The development director also works in conjunction with the principal and marketing director for admissions and marketing advancement of the school.
