Cristo Rey Columbus High School seeks a mission-driven, innovative , collaborative, student focused, and community-centered Principal to serve as the chief academic, instructional, and formational leader.  The Principal reports directly to the school’s President, and serves as a critical member of the school’s leadership team.
Cristo Rey Columbus High School (CRCHS) is a Catholic, co-ed, college-prep, school that is part of the national Cristo Rey network.  The Cristo Rey Network educates 12,000 students in 37 high schools across the country.  We serve a diverse group of students of all faiths who do not have the educational opportunity or financial means to attend another private, college-prep school.  Our ultimate goal is that our students will graduate from college and become leaders in the public and private sector, service organizations, their own faith institutions, and the community at large, transforming the world for the good.  Since the work in an innovative Professional Work Study Program (PWSP) and assign their earnings to the school in lieu of tuition.  CRCHS students work one day a week during the school year in entry-level office jobs at over 120 organizations in the Columbus metropolitan area to cover about half the cost of their education.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
Catholic Identity and Cristo Rey Mission
– Serve as a spiritual leader for the school; promote and sustain the school’s Catholic identity; ensure that the school’s Christian values and mission drive decisions,and that liturgical practices, prayer, and Catholic culture are integrated into school life; ensure that time and resources are appropriately allocated to Campus Ministry and Adult Faith Formation.
– Ensure that all members of the school community are treated fairly, equitably, and with respect and compassion; positively support all stakeholders; actively work to create a loving environment; protect the rights and confidentiality of students and staff.
– Actively participate in and support the school’s leadership team; protect the rights and support the importance of integrating academics with the Corporate Work Study Program as part of a college preparatory experience; ensure clear communication of shared expectations for students.
-Actively participate in faith formation programs aimed at deepening and nurturing your capacity as a spiritual and mission-driven Catholic school leader.
– Work with the Diocese of Columbus, the school’s Catholic sponsor, to develop and sustain the school’s Catholic identity.

St. Mary Elementary/Middle School – Marion, OH

St. Leo School – Versailles, KY

Saint Leo School (Pre-K – 8) in Versailles, KY is seeking a Principal.  The school currently has approximately 212 students, 15 faculty members and a staff of six.  The Principal is the school’s chief executive officer, pastoral leader, and public spokesperson with responsibilities for educational programs, school board relations, strategic planning and implementation, fund development, and financial management.
The successful candidate will be a practicing and active Catholic with an understanding of current Catholic spiritual life and an ability to provide a strong Catholic identity.  Candidates must hold a master’s degree in education and meet the Commonwealth of KY state approved certification requirements or be working towards completion of certification within a mutually agreed upon timeline; or be uniquely qualified as defined by the Secretary for Catholic Education.  The successful candidate will have academic preparation that includes course work in religious education, school administration, supervision, curriculum and instructional theory.  Candidates should have five or more years of teaching, professional experience or administration.  Previous experience in a Catholic School system is a plus as well as Spanish-speaking ability.  Visionary and collaborative leadership, strong communication skills, enthusiasm for academic and artistic achievement, and technology experience are essential.  The individual will be expected to work well with faculty, staff, students, and  parents; collaborate with the school board and maintain positive relations with the community.  Demonstrated administrative and managerial abilities, fiscal management skills, and experience in fund development or institutional advancement are preferred.

St. Louis School is seeking a Principal to lead our 300 Pre-K-8th grade students effective with the 2020-2021 school year.  Centrally located between Cincinnati and Indianapolis, St. Louis has a history of producing vibrant young Catholics who are academically prepared to succeed due to dedication of an exceptional teaching staff, supportive parents and a parish that truly sees the school as one of its missions.
As the administrative head, the principal has chief responsibility for the effective operation of the school following the policies and guidelines established by the Office of Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.  Duties include, but are not limited to:
– lead and support our teachers
– serve as the primary school representative to parents, School Commission, the Parish at large, and the community
– is responsible for building and reinforcing a strong school culture through faith-based leadership
– oversees curriculum development
– is responsible for budgeting and financial management
– leads marketing and outreach

The Diocese of Youngstown, OH

The Diocese of Youngstown is seeking highly qualified candidates for the full-time position of Associate Superintendent for Human Resources.  This person is a member of the Office of Catholic Schools staff which provides oversight and support for 26 schools in a six-county area in northeast Ohio.
Reports to: Superintendent of Schools
Qualifications:
– Practicing Roman Catholic
– Strong commitment to the mission and ministry of total Catholic education and Catholic schools in particular
– Appropriate academic preparation, advanced degree in educational administration preferred
– Evidence of significant, successful teaching/leadership experience in Catholic schools
– Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
– Some high school experience preferred
Purpose of Position: The Associate Superintendent supervises the teacher hiring and evaluation processes and coordinates the development and implementation of personnel policies.  The Associate Superintendent oversees the state licensure process, supervises the Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC), and coordinates the Resident Educator Program.  The Associate Superintendent works collaboratively with the Office of Catholic Schools to plan professional development and other projects to benefit the schools in the Diocese of Youngstown.  Other responsibilities may be included at the request of the Superintendent of Schools commensurate with an applicant’s experience and skills.
