IOWA/CogAT Online Testing: ALL SCHOOLS participating in IOWA/CogAT Testing MUST send their Account Holder and Data Specialist to Mandatory Online Testing training on either December 3 or December 4. This includes schools implementing online testing for the first time and schools that participated in online testing last year. Training will be offered on both dates in the morning (8:30a.m.-11:00a.m.) and in the afternoon on December 3 (1:00pm.-3:30p.m.). The afternoon session originally scheduled on December 4 has been CANCELED!
– The Account Holder is responsible to oversee all testing. Typically, this can be the Principal or the Principal’s designee. He/she will have access to administrative rights in Data Manager and reporting. While he/she can be assisted by support personnel, this is the lead role in implementing a successful online testing plan.
– The Data Specialist is responsible for uploading rosters for online testing. These rosters are pulled from each schools’ SIS or database and uploaded to the HMH SFTP. Typically, this is the schools’ administrative assistant.
Both the Account holder and Data Specialist should plan to attend together. Space is limited to 24 people per session, so please register early.
