Resources for CCHD Funded Groups or Organizations Looking for Funding

 Year-End Report Form

All organizations receiving a local 2017-2018 CCHD grant must turn in a year-end report, to be postmarked by June 15, 2018.  You can access the forms below:

LOCAL CCHD FUNDING

There are two levels of CCHD funding, national and local.  Larger, national funds are applied for through the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.  Visit their website here to learn more.  Groups within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati can apply for smaller grants ($5,000 to $10,000) through the Catholic Social Action Office and Archdiocesan CHD Committee.  Applications for this stream of funding are generally due in March of each year.  The grant cycle runs from July 1 to June 30.  It is recommended that new groups applying for funding discuss their proposal with the CCHD Director before applying. Please contact Catholic Social Action with any questions.
