March For Life Preparation
The process and paperwork necessary to assure the safety of those who attend can be a bit daunting. Therefore, we have made this step by step guide available to assist those who intend to bring a group. You may also download this PDF Checklist to confirm you have accomplished all the steps
Step 1. Order Tickets to the Youth Mass. These tickets are free, but they must be ordered no later than *October 3rd.
The Archdiocese of Cincinnati has been assigned our ticket allotment request. More details will follow as to how and when you will receive your order. Our location will be the Verizon Center, 601 F St. NW, Washington, DC. Please note that the Mass will be at 9:30 AM this year, which is a half hour earlier than in previous years.
Step 2. Have each adult (18 and older) fill out an Archdiocese of Cincinnati Emergency Release Form for Adults. Have the parents or legal guardians of each youth (17 and younger) fill out an Archdiocese of Cincinnati Release Form for children
Step 3. Confirm that each adult (18+) is on record with the Archdiocese of Cincinnati as having completed a Virtus (child safety) Training and having passed the background check. You may do this by contacting the Safe Environment Coordinator of your parish, or by contacting the Office of Safe Environment for Youth and Children
Step 4. Have each person fill-out the Archdiocese of Washington Image release Waiver. Parents or legal guardians must fill out this form for their children under 18. These forms are to satisfy requirements for the Archdiocese of Washington.

YRally_Use-of-Image-Group-Leader-Form 2014 For Group Leaders to fill out once they have received all the image forms for their attendees. Return a copy of this form to Caron Bergen at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
NOTE: IF YOU INTEND TO TRAVEL ON THE ARCHDIOCESE OF CINCINNATI BUSES, YOUR PEOPLE WILL ALSO NEED TO FILL OUT A TRIP REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBMIT BY DECEMBER 3RD. YOUR PAYMENT OF $125/PERSON MUST ALSO BE INCLUDED.
NOTE: IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN STAYING OVERNIGHT AT ONE OF THE FACILITIES MADE AVAILABLE BY THE ARCHDIOCESE OF WASHINGTON, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION. YOU MUST CONTACT US NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 1ST. You must complete the form below to satisfy the requirements of the Archdiocese of Washington.
NOTE: ANY CLERGY/RELIGIOUS OR SEMINARIANS WHO WILL BE CONCELEBRATING THE YOUTH RALLY AND MASS NEED TO REGISTER SEPARATELY. CLERGY WHO WILL NOT BE CONCELEBRATING BUT ATTENDING WITH A GROUP, NEED TO HAVE A TICKET.
