Oversees operation of offices of department and programs contracted to service agencies and building and renovation projects of parishes and institutions.

The rate on Archdiocesan Investment Notes for the period January 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2013 will be 3.10%. The Archdiocesan Loan Rate will remain at 6.50%.
