Ignite 2016

IGNITE is a high-energy, weekend discipleship retreat for youth in grades 7 and 8 who are serious about and interested in going deeper in their faith. As a short term apprenticeship in Catholic discipleship of Jesus Christ, junior high youth will experience Catholicism as a comprehensive way of life—igniting in them the desire to live as disciples and lead their peers in living the faith in their families, schools and activities. CHOSEN 2016:  If you missed last October’s event or are looking for a followup, a completely different Chosen event for 6-8th grade is coming featuring Paul J. Kim. This one evening event includes prayer, music, and engaging presentations to help your young people better understand what it means to be called by Jesus as a disciple today. Laudate is a 4 day, 3 night experience for youth involved or seeking to be involved as music ministers in Catholic parishes or schools.  They will participate in a variety of forms of liturgical prayer, learn principals of liturgy and music ministry, and hone their musical skills in voice and/or the instrument of their choice. Mercy: The name of God.  A retreat for youth serving adults. Through the corporal and spiritual works of mercy, retreat master Fr. Ethan Moore will help us explore the abundant mercy of God that we receive and inspire us to extraordinary acts of love which are possible for us all–no matter where we are in life.  March 7-8.  Learn more.
