Sean Reynolds, D.Min., Director With more than 30 years of experience, Sean is a nationally-recognized expert in youth ministry training and certification. Sean formerly served on the Board of Directors of the USCCB Commission on Certification and Accreditation. He is a frequent presenter at national conferences, and is also the author of Multiply the Ministry, Saint Mary’s Press.

Tim Colbert, M.A., Regional Director Tim has over 30 years of youth ministry leadership experience in three dioceses as well as on the regional and national levels. Tim is a former chairperson of the Leadership Formation and Development Committee for the NFCYM, has taught in the Lay Pastoral Ministry Program and is currently on the adjunct faculty of the University of Dayton.

Andrea Parker, Associate Director Having served as a director of religious education, coordinator of youth ministry and high school religion teacher, Andrea brings over 25 years of experience in youth ministry and catechesis. She is a co-author of the Archdiocesan guidelines for parish-based adolescent catechesis, Forming Young Disciples.

Bob Wurzelbacher, M.A., Associate Director Bob has a background not only in youth ministry, but also hospital ministry, campus ministry, spiritual direction, liturgy and information science. Before joining the OYYAM staff Bob served as the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Gertrude Parish in Madeira, and is currently an online course facilitator for the VLCFF of the University of Dayton.

Administrative Staff

Monica Placke Sellers, Administrative Assistant Monica provides full-time administrative support in the Cincinnati office. With over 30 years of experience, she functions as our receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, bookkeeper, and office manager. She also manages the religious recognition programs for Catholic youth and adults in Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and American Heritage Girls.
