OEC Office Service
Areas
The Office of Evangelization and Catechesis (OEC) serves the 19 counties of
the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, depicted on the map on the right, from three
area offices located in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Sidney. These three offices
service the following counties respectively. However, you can order items
from our Media & Print Catalogs from any media center regardless of
where you live in the Archdiocese. See also

Cincinnati
Region (c): Adams, Brown, Butler (Except Middletown), Clermont, Clinton,
Hamilton, Highland, Warren (Except Franklin and Waynesville).

Dayton Region
(d): Butler (Middletown only), Clark, Greene, Montgomery, Preble, Warren
(Franklin and Waynesville only).

Sidney/Northern
Region (s): Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Logan, Mercer, Miami,
Shelby.

Sorry, but at this time we do not offer secure online
ordering with credit cards. Nevertheless, you can use our Order Form (link on
the right) to order items via email or fax. First complete the Order Form, and
then if you want to order by email simply click on the Send Order button at the
bottom of the form, or if you want to order via fax, simply print out the form
and fax it to one of the OEC offices:

Pricing

Media Catalog:
$3.00 handling charge per item, plus shipping costs. (Some parishes and schools
have a flat-rate contract. Please check with your Director of Religious
Education or Catholic School Principal.) There is a $2.00 per day overdue
charge for each item not returned on time.

Print Catalog:
There is no charge for print resources. They can be borrowed for 4 weeks with
no charge. Overdue fees are $0.10 per day per resource.
