CATECHIST CERTIFICATION OPTIONS

There are several ways to obtain certification for Parish Catechists, Adult Faith Formation Catechist, RCIA team members and Catholic School Catechists.  Listed below are a few acceptable methods.

Live Presentations Video Assisted Courses Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation  (VLCFF)

  • Participate in a small group process

  • Date and time set by the facilitator

  • Video presentation and discussion material provided

  • Written assignment is requested for completion.

* Both courses must be taken in order to fulfill all the learning objectives established by the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis.
