Pastoral Associate For Children's Faith Formation - St. John Parish in West Chester is seeking an enthusiastic and organized candidate to assume responsibility for religious education and faith formation of children including sacramental preparation. The candidate would create and monitor a budget and work as a member of the Pastoral Team on other parish activities including Generations of Faith. Religious formation at St. John's is a year round process and includes the PSR, summer program and home-based Religious Education programs. The position is full time. Successful candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Experience with PDS is a plus. Candidates must be practicing Catholics with an undergraduate degree (preferably a Masters). Previous experience in education is a plus. Position begins in May, 2010.
