ü   A written request for approval to conduct the course must be submitted to the Regional Director of the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis, Cincinnati, Dayton, or Sidney.  This is to be done prior to booking or ordering materials.

ü   The facilitator for the course must hold at least Advanced Catechist Certification.  The facilitator is to be present for all sessions so that the integrity of the course is honored.

ü   Persons should cluster for the course since participants will experience the unique combination of personal reflection and group dynamics which fosters the development of a mature faith.  Individual study with group follow-up is available.

ü   Arrangements can be made with the regional Media Center to book tapes and to purchase participant’s materials.  If the parish or school owns Echoes tapes booklets are ordered from RCL (800-527-5030).

ü   Place, date, and time of sessions are made in agreement with facilitator and participants.

ü   Credit is given for courses approved by the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis when a satisfactory or unsatisfactory evaluation is completed
