Band

Full Armor
Shielded with steadfast faith in God, this up-and-coming Christian band is ready to inspire hope in the world — one concert at a time. With just one listen, the reviving power of their music can’t be denied.  Founded in 2005, Full Armor embodies the seemingly unusual pairing of virtuous Christian messages with upbeat folk/rock melodies. With this somewhat controversial musical texture, the band blazes forward with a new, creative sound for those looking for spiritual passion and revival in an effort to transform what stereotypical “Christian” music sounds like.  In April 2008, Full Armor was selected as one of four bands out of 150 entrants to perform for Pope Benedict XVI and over 30,000 attendees at the Archdiocese of New York Papal Youth Rally, sharing the stage with the likes of Third Day, Kelly Clarkson and TobyMac.  The band includes Douglas Q. Hutchings, Kyle Hancharick, Tara Lakeman, Matthew Juliano, and Matt Lee. All were united in their high school years. Today, they travel the United States performing at churches, conferences, youth group fundraisers, papal rallies, retreats and high schools.
