All people who intend to work or volunteer in any of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati parishes, schools, or institutions must complete a background check by being fingerprinted.
Effective May 1, 2012, any person who needs to be fingerprinted will need to go to their primary Archdiocese of Cincinnati location to fill out a background release form (FP-1) and have it signed by the designated representative prior to being fingerprinted. If a person comes to be fingerprinted without a previously signed form, they will need to pay for the fingerprinting in cash at the time of service. Currently, the charge for a BCI is $28 and FBI is $30. Payment can be made in the form of cash or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
