trips are great opportunities for learning if students are properly prepared for them, and if there are follow up discussions or activities after the field trip. Care should be taken to see that the trip fits
the age, interest, and curriculum of
the students. All field trips should
serve an academic purpose and demonstrate connections to the Graded Courses of
Study.
