The Archdiocese of Cincinnati is seeking a full-time director of CISE (Catholic Inner-City Schools Education Fund) for a start date of July 1, 2008. The director manages and coordinates all efforts associated with CISE Executive Committee, the CISE Advisory Board and the committees of those boards. This person maintains a working relationship with the eight CISE school communities, donors, volunteers and parents. A Bachelors degree is required in a related field along the experience in program management, annual campaign coordination or major gift fundraising. This person should have familiarity with Catholic schools have good business and organizational skills and previous supervisory and fiscal responsibility. The CISE director need the ability to work with a variety of constituencies including an influential and energetic board, the business community, donors, school communities, volunteers and parents.
