Services Available to Human Trafficking Victims:
Learn about the services available to human trafficking victims through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the role of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
Presenters: Kathleen Donnallen, Executive Director of Catholic Social Services, Archdiocese of Cincinnati; Sr. Mary Ellen Dougherty, U.S. bishops’ Migration and Refugee Services
Screening, Identification, and Referrals
This workshop will help participants to understand the involved process of identifying trafficked persons. This will allow participants from all professional backgrounds to build a foundation of how identification of trafficked persons may be incorporated into their positions and interactions with clients, no matter who they are.
Presenter: Jessica Donahue-Dioh, MSW Coordinator of the Cincinnati Rescue and Restore Coalition of Human Trafficking. She has worked with over 100 survivors of human trafficking.
Overview of International Legislation on Human Trafficking
Learn about the international legislation on human trafficking and the international efforts aimed at ending trafficking.
