Task Force Structure:
Following the release of the Initial Assessment Report on October 7, 2011, six Task Forces were formed to provide guidance and leadership for the vision formation process. Each Task Force focuses on one of six “Domain Areas” addressed in the Initial Assessment Report. These Domain Areas are:
1.) Catholic Identity/Faith Formation
2.) Academic Excellence
3.) Finances
4.) Governance
5.) Leadership
6.) Marketing/Enrollment
Each Task Force is comprised a small group of individuals who have an expertise in the assigned Domain Area. The Task Forces are also meant to encompass differing stakeholder groups (i.e. pastors, principals, parents, etc.) as well as diverse geographies in the Archdiocese. Task Forces are chaired or co-chaired by members of theVision Steering Committee.
During the months of the 2011-2012 school year, the Task Forces will analyze the data from the Initial Assessment Report, gather additional data, identify trends, and formulate conclusions. These conclusions will shape the final vision for Catholic schools. This vision will be completed by the late summer of 2012.
Task Force members will be continually reaching out to the wider population to gather data and include people in the vision formation process. You are encouraged to frequently check this website for updates and invitations about vision formation.
