Haitian village grows, one block at a time ST. MARYS DEANEARY — A year ago, Ben Huelskamp had built homes for three needy families in Haiti. But he had begun to feel frustrated by the intensive labor the project required. He considered giving up his dream of establishing a village near the town of Plaisance. Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur elect leadership team ST.
