Father Reynaldo S. Taylor, the first African-American man to be ordained as a priest in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati in 33 years presided over his first Mass at his home parish, St. Joseph Catholic Church in the West End May 20.

Badin names Kenkel assistant principal
HAMILTON DEANERY - Alan E. Kenkel has been appointed assistant principal at Badin High School, BHS Principal Frank Margello has announced. Kenkel will replace Brian Pendergest, who was previously named principal at McNicholas High School in Cincinnati effective Aug. 1.
