A journey's end; a new beginning
Three ordained priests for archdiocese
CATHEDRAL DEANERY - A spectacular day was made even more so May 19 when three men were ordained priests for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati by Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Chains. Archbishop Pilarczyk ordained Father Ronald Haft, Father Reynaldo Taylor and Father Thomas McCarthy, while a standing-room-only crowd of family, friends and well-wishers looked on.
Father McCarthy celebrated his first Masses May 20 at the Cathedral of St. Peter in Chains and Incarnation Parish in Centerville. Father Haft celebrated his first Mass at his home parish, St. Bernard in Taylor's Creek on May 20. And Father Taylor celebrated his first liturgy at St. Joseph Church in the West End.
