The religious emblems programs for Catholic scouts within in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati are offered by
the Archdiocese of Cincinnati Catholic Committee on (Boy) Scouting, and are administered by the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry (OYYAM), which has
downtown locations in both Cincinnati and Dayton. The OYYAM only processes
orders for emblems and certificates. Books must be ordered through your local

By following the links at the bottom of this page, you can access and print out the current order
forms. Please follow these important procedures when purchasing
emblems and certificates:

All orders must include completed and signed application forms. We cannot
provide any more emblems than the number of completed and signed applications we
receive. Incomplete forms or missing signatures will result in your order being
delayed until the forms are completed. |

All orders must be accompanied by payment in the form of a personal or
organizational check. We are unable to take credit card payments, and we cannot
fill any order that is not pre-paid. |

To receive your order by mail, please check that box on the form
when you mail it in with your payment (requires additional shipping charges.)
Orders will be mailed to the name and address on the top of the form, unless
otherwise indicated. |

To pick up your order in person, please check that box on the
form when you mail it in with your payment (no shipping charges required.) You
will be called when your order is ready, and we will schedule a
mutually convenient time for you to pick it up. |
|
|
For all orders, please allow an average processing time of up to 3 weeks from the date
that your order is received in our office. Please note that it usually takes at
least 3 weeks to receive emblems from the manufacturer, without incurring
“rush” shipment charges. During times of peak demand (January through March),
please allow extra time for your order to be processed. |

If you choose to drop off rather than mail in your order form and payment,
please know that we may still require up to 3 weeks to process your order. Orders are
filled in the date sequence in which they are received. We cannot set aside or
reserve any emblems until we receive an order with payment. |

If you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive the emblems, please send a note along with your order. Every effort will be made to meet that deadline, given enough advance notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of emblems from the manufacturer, and can only keep a certain amount of stock on hand in either office location. |
