Sean Reynolds
is Director of the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. Sean brings
over twenty-five years of youth ministry experience to his role in the archdiocese. A Cincinnati native, Sean earned
a Bachelors in theology from Xavier University, a Masters in Community and Organizational Development from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Youth Ministry from the Center for Ministry Development (Naugatuck, CT). He served for seven years as director of the Youth Retreat and Internship Program at the Jesuit Renewal Center (now Milford Spiritual Center). He is currently on the Board of Directors of the United States Catholic Conference of Bishops Commission on Certification and Accreditation. A frequent trainer and workshop presenter at national conferences, Sean is
the author of a new book entitled Multiply the Ministry, published by St. Mary's Press. He loves traveling and camping with his wife Leah and sons Patrick and Nicholas. An avid all-terrain biker, Sean is now adding kayaking to his list of favorite outdoor activities.

Bob
Wurzelbacher
is the Associate Director of the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry.
He holds a Masters Degree in pastoral ministry from the Oblate School
of Theology in San Antonio, TX, another Masters in Library and Information
Science from the University of Texas, and a B.A. in psychology from
Boston College. He is an accomplished musician and choir director,
with a functional knowledge of Spanish, who brings quite a bit of
campus ministry and vocations experience to the office. With his background
in information science he also brings expertise in electronic communications.
After Bob graduated from LaSalle H.S. here in Cincinnati, he spent
four years in the U.S. Army, and then went back to college in Boston. From
there in discerning his vocation he joined the Holy Cross brothers
in San Antonio, TX, where he served as a hospital chaplain, spiritual
director, choir director and did vocations work. His most recent position
was Director of Youth Ministry at St. Gertrude Parish in Madeira,
where he served for four years.

Monica Lou Placke Sellers provides full-time administrative
support for the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry, which she joined in April
1999. With over twenty-four years of experience as an office
professional, she serves as our receptionist, secretary,
administrative assistant, bookkeeper, and office manager. Monica
also manages the Catholic religious emblems programs for the Boy Scouts, Girl
Scouts and American Heritage Girls of the Archdiocese. After being
graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, KY, she earned a Bachelors degree in Sociology &
Social Work from Edgecliff College of Cincinnati, now part of Xavier University.
Monica is a member of the Cincinnati Chapter of the International
Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). Her home parish is
Mother of God in Covington, KY.

Tim
Colbert-
Regional Director of the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry
for the Dayton area- Tim holds a B.A. in Religious Education and a M.A. in Systematic Theology from Barry University in Miami Shores, Fl. Tim has been involved in youth ministry
since 1979, both in parishes and Archdiocesan offices in the Archdiocese of Miami and the Archdiocese Cincinnati.
In addition Tim has taught in the Lay Pastoral Ministry Program and is
currently on the adjunct faculty of the University of Dayton. Tim is a past chairperson of the Leadership Formation And Development Committee for the NFCYM.

Andrea Parker- Associate Director of
the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for the Dayton/Northern
areas - Andrea holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from Sacred Heart
University in Fairfield Connecticut. She has twenty-three years of
ministry experience, including sixteen years as a parish CYM and DRE in
Connecticut directing, supervising and teaching in religious education
and youth ministry with expertise in adolescent religious formation. She
has served as prayer coordinator for the Springfield Convocation on
Catechesis for the New England Region. |
