Effective and grace-full prayer and worship with youth can awaken and
nurture in them a deeper spirituality and prepare them for “full,
conscious and active” participation in the sacramental life of the faith
community.
This seminar provides sound principles of prayer, rooted in Catholic
tradition, along with tools and skills for effective prayer leadership
with youth. It will equip adults with creative approaches that
engage young people in a variety of personal prayer forms and corporate
worship including guided meditation, praying with scripture, traditional
prayers, ritual prayer, liturgical catechesis, etc.

Intermediate and Professional Certificate Programs.
This training may satisfy a requirement
for catechist certification through the
Office of
